Water Tank

FEM was requested to fabricate and manufacture a high-capacity water tank, which was requested to be manufactured and painted by the team here in Sheffield. After having closely followed the drawings the final structure was completed with water-tight welds and precise tolerancing.  All of the welds had to undergo NDT inspections to ensure that they were water tight and were compliant with the correct standards, specifically BSEN 1090 execution class 2.   Once painted as per the customer’s request, it was completed on time and runs locally in Sheffield.
